TRANSLATION

TRANSLATION

Human-made, technology-aided translations by experts with decades of experience. We assist our clients to introduce their brand or company to new markets.

Translation process

We offer an easy end-to-end, guided translation process by placing quality at the core:

  • The text to be translated is sent to us by the client.
  • We quickly analyse it and send a quote back to the client (usually per number of words).
  • If the quote is accepted, we start the translation process —we send the document to our best translator(s) by language and specialisation, depending on the field of the text. When the nature of the text calls for a CAT tool, we prepare the bilingual file and make sure our translators use the best CAT tools available in the market to edit it.
  • We get the translation back and immediately send it to another translator for it to be thoroughly revised.
  • We send the high-quality, proofread translation back to the client.

CAT Tools

Our translations are always made by human beings, but we use state-of-the-art computer-assisted (CAT) tools to reduce our clients’ costs and facilitate our translators’ job. This is how they work:

  1. The user enters the text into a CAT tool, which divides it in segments, and starts translating.
  2. The CAT tool saves the source text and its translation together as a pair in a translation memory.
  3. The CAT tool will find identical or similar source-text segments (matches), and propagate the corresponding translations in the target column, drawing from the translation memory.
  4. The more content is translated, the more translation matches the CAT tool will have, saving time and resources.

Content creation

It involves developing original content tailored to meet the needs of multilingual and multicultural audiences. This process goes beyond mere translation, focusing on crafting messages that resonate culturally and linguistically with diverse target markets. The goal is to produce engaging, relevant, and high-quality content that effectively communicates the client’s message across different languages and regions.

Post-editing

We use machine translation only on repetitive assignments to help with the translation process and cut down the client’s cost. We always make sure that it is revised by a human to deliver high-quality content.
